Q. Where do I find my classes?
A. Once you've followed directions in the PDF you get after checkout when you purchase a class, you can always find your classes on Ruzuku. You can make a handy bookmark on your desktop by following these instructions [here]. 

Q: The online class has already started, is it too late?
A: The class is designed to start at ANYTIME and you have lifetime access so you can work at your own pace. 

Q: How do I get access to the online class?

A: You will get immediate access to a PDF download with access (unless otherwise stated in the class description).

Q: What about Walt Disney World? Is "A Walk in the Park" the right class for me?
A: We believe the answer is YES! You will enjoy this class regardless of which park you visit, if any. See this blog post for details.

Q: How do I check out with PayPal and use a coupon code if I have one?
A: Put the items in your cart. Click on the hot pink CHECKOUT button, you will then have the chance to use a coupon (on the right hand side of your screen) AND still choose Paypal at that point (on the bottom left of your screen).

Q: How do you count pages in your Golden Book Journals?
A: This journal measures approximately 8″ tall, 6. 5″ wide, 1.25″ thick, made from a classic size Golden Book. It has 5 signatures with 12 pages (sides) for a total of 60 pages (sides) in the whole book, not including the cover.

Q: How much is shipping on your tangible products to the USA?
A: $6.50 flat rate shipping on all orders in the USA. 

Q: How fast do you ship?
A: We ship within 2-3 business days on in stock products Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).

Q: How much is shipping for International orders?
We ONLY SHIP PRIORITY MAIL on these items and USPS has significantly raised their prices. We can send up to 2 journals for $46 in a flat rate bubble mailer.  We will refund any overage on shipping (if any, but usually we pay some out of pocket too).
Please note that we cannot manipulate any customs forms, we will declare the full value of the products purchased.

Q: How long does it take to get custom made watercolor journals?
A: It takes up to 7 days to make your journal +shipping time. If you order other items with your custom journal all items ship together.

Q: Peerless products say "Out of Stock". When will you get Peerless watercolors back in stock?
A: We can only get these in very limited quantities and it can be up to 4 weeks between shipments. If you would like to get on our waiting list please email my assistant, Stacy. She can be reached through artjournalingthemagic@gmail.com, please put PEERLESS WAIT LIST in the subject line.

Q: Do you sell other supplies that aren't on your website? I can't find them where I live.
A: Not usually. However, we do understand things can be hard to find in rural areas or internationally. Please email my assistant Stacy. She can be reached through artjournalingthemagic@gmail.com, put HELP WITH PRODUCT in the subject line and we will try to work with you to get what you need.

Q: I'm on a tight budget. What supplies do I NEED to get started?
A: See this blog post for some low cost options.

Q: Can I buy a full kit, like the ones that retreat students receive?
A: Sorry, not at this time. We make these in extremely limited quantities.

Q: Can I buy one of those awesome travel palettes I see in your videos?
A: Not at this time but, I teach you how to make your own in the "A Walk in the Park" online class.

Q: Which side of Peerless watercolors actually has the pigment on it?
A: The "textured" side that looks rich. It will sometimes have snowflake looking crystal patterns or tiny bumps.
